We only run hikes at weekends, allowing you to focus fully on your time with us. Hikes are limited to a maximum of 12 people, providing a more intimate experience.
All our 2 hour hikes start within easy reach of a railway station with mainline links to London, and transport is provided from the station to and from the hike starting point. For those who prefer to make their own way, full directions and suitable parking locations are given. See our current hikes available here
Our BMC (British Mountaineering Council) Leader-qualified guide will meet you at the hike start point, make introductions, run through a safety brief and outline the itinerary and the theme for your hike. They will remind you that Mindful Hikes are “phone free”- intervals of uninterrupted silence are an important part of your experience.
During your walk your Guide will engage with you and the group in a variety of ways, depending on the theme and itinerary chosen. As a qualified mindfulness practitioner they will be able to lead you in a variety of group and individual exercises and strategies to deepen your experience, helping you to destress and mentally recharge.
