An increasing realisation that time spent in nature actively benefits working life as well as physical wellbeing, led us to the idea of combining outdoor activity with guided techniques for relaxation, stress-management, and mental performance.
After a lifetime of hikes and many long hours of working in high intensity environments, we realised the importance of getting out in nature to unwind & recharge. Nature gives us what we need to sustain our energy and thrive in our daily lives.
Incorporating elements of Ecotherapy and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), the mindful hikes experience is a carefully curated selection of short and half-day hikes that give people the perfect opportunity to switch off from your busy daily routine and enjoy the beauty and calm of these natural spaces.
