Our mindful hike at Chess Valley offers stunning scenery of the rolling hills that sit between the idyllic woodland. This is the perfect place to practice mindfulness – here we use techniques from the Japanese therapy of Shinrin-yoku to truly appreciate our surroundings. After this hike you will feel engage with nature, serene and refreshed.
